Rainforest Renaissance

September 22nd launches the RAINFOREST RENAISSANCE 2024, a global, year-long series of events that recognize the rainforest as a unique ecosystem, a place of incredible beauty and diversity, and home to a diverse range of species and plants that have evolved over millions of years.
Everyone on Earth is connected to the rainforest as the rainforest and the Earth share a profound and intricate relationship, essential for the well-being and sustainability of our planet. To the Indigenous tribes, the rainforest is the source of life, sacred space which serves as the foundation of their cultures.
The RAINFOREST RENAISSANCE 2024 is infused with a great cultural, artistic, and intellectual rebirth, bringing a new understanding of our interconnectedness and interdependence with the Earth. It’s a time for discovery and exploration of the new, a time for developing innovative, new models, and a time for the revival of ancient wisdom to serve as guideposts. To the Indigenous tribes, the rainforest is the source of life, sacred space which serves as the foundation of their cultures.
The launch event is the culmination of a week-long conclave of Indigenous tribes and leaders who are coming together as they understand the critical circumstances we face as the human race and seek to share their wisdom of the natural world.
As they understand the critical circumstances we face as the human race, Indigenous leaders from The Americas will gather in a week-long conclave before the event, many leaving their villages in the rainforest for the first time, to share common ground, re-awaken their ancestral knowledge, and celebrate their cultural heritage to remind us of our interdependence and interconnectedness.
Rainforests hold many secrets yet to be discovered, reflecting the eternal truth of UNITY that will redefine our relationship with nature, serving as a call to action that acknowledges our responsibility to envision the world we want to manifest.
