Short Bios:
Pamela Schreiner sees the systems and structures that are around us and delves in to how they are impacting our world. This interest began with her birth in the major colonial centre of London, England. She worked in hi-tech for 22 years, including redesigning the architecture of a massive computer system. This was followed by 12 years of working as an organizational consultant including organizational redesign. After leaving the traditional work world, Pamela studied complexity science, which led to a deeper understanding of the principles that she’d been seeing in both computer and human systems.

Dr. Ibtissam Klait is a devoted wife and mother of four, seamlessly balancing her family life with a thriving academic and professional journey. With a Doctorate in International Relations, she’s now pursuing a Master of Education and has been accepted as a prospective doctoral student in Public Policy. Her teaching roles, including online instruction and program development, showcase her commitment to education.
Ibtissam Klait has a diverse professional background, from research in Information Security Management to teaching English and international affairs. Her dedication to education is evident in her curriculum development and online teaching skills. She’s also an active community member, involved in Rotary and other organizations.
