Discover Your Role in the Whole with Rainbow Circle: The Wholistic Operating System for A Regenerative Earth

Have you ever wondered where you fit into the team that is bringing about the conscious evolution of humanity? Then meet Rainbow Circle, a wholistic operating system that not only helps you find your role in the whole based on your unique gifts, but supports you to synergize with others to regenerate the Earth and rehumanize humanity! By tapping into your expression and connecting with other like-hearted individuals, you will grow in your own purpose while helping others to do the same!

In its meme form, Rainbow Circle has twelve colors that correspond to all domains of experience. People, organizations, and everything else are mapped onto these domains so we can visualize the collective image of our unification around the key leverage points to affect systems change. Seeing this image of our future inspires hope and action in the direction of our dreams.

In creating the conscious evolution revolution, our design IS our strategy and it will take an outside the box (and inside the circle) strategy to ignite our shared vision for a world that works for all of us. One of my favorite metaphors for the Rainbow Circle is the game. We know the metrics by which we can win humanity’s game and the game to regenerate the planet. We are all pieces on the meta-chess board and learning how to see the board is the first step at acting more strategically together by virute of our emerging holomidal collective intelligence.

Presenter Brian Russo is a visionary wholistic designer with big ambitions to coordinate and synergize the conscious evolution of humanity.
He is part of three synergy circles of the Evolutionary Leaders (Wholistic Design/Biomimicry, Education & Unitive Narrative) that each play a vital role in our shared vision for the Whole. Brian is also a high school English teacher and has nearly completed his master’s degree in education. He lives just outside of Boston where he enjoys being in nature as much as possible and giving concerts featuring his harmonic overtone chanting with crystal bowls.
